The Samsung push Service is an application. It is used to provide notifications related to Samsung Services. On some Samsung devices, it is installed by default. If your mobile does not has this application. Then you can download it from the Google Play Store.
The main purpose of the application is to display the badge whenever there is an update.
How To Disable Samsung Push Service?
Follow the following steps to disable the Samsung Push Service.
- On the Home, Screen Select the Apps
- Click on Samsung Apps
- Wait for the home screen to load. You need the internet for this.
- Once the screen is loaded. Then go to the menu. Located on the upper left corner.
- Then select the Settings
- Then uncheck the option for Push Notifications.
- Now, Exit from the Samsung Apps.
Now if you have followed the above steps you will notice that these notifications are disabled.
There is another way to disable this. By uninstalling the application. Follow the following steps to uninstall this.
- Go to the Settings
- Then go to Application Manager
- Then scroll until you find Push Services Application and select it.
- Go to the app info. Force Stop it and Uninstall it.
By performing the above steps you have uninstalled the app. You will no longer get the notifications.
Whenever you update your device you need to perform the above steps to disable the push notifications. As they are preinstalled in the update.
